Tony Maxwell
 
Tony Maxwell ( Tats_and_snacks on Instagram) has been tattooing for 4 years and specializes in watercolor, illustrative black and grey but also likes doing realism and cartoons. He was born and raised in Texas, grew up in Duncanville right outside of Dallas, and originally thought football was the ticket to something greater,  but the NFL never came calling. Tony realized at the age of 12 that he had love for drawing and painting and this would help propel him into tattooing.
